A lifelong learner with a heart for helping others grow.
Hi, I'm Jessica — a lifelong learner with a heart for helping others grow. After over a decade in the classroom, I discovered my true passion: designing learning experiences that empower adults to thrive in their roles and careers.
My transition into instructional design was fueled by a desire to make learning more accessible, engaging, and impactful beyond traditional education. I wanted to reach people where they are, in the flow of their work, and help them build skills that actually last.
I hold a Master of Arts in Educational Technology Leadership from George Washington University and a certification in Instructional Design from the Applied Instructional Design Academy. These experiences, combined with hands-on work in corporate learning environments, have shaped my approach to creating thoughtful, learner-centered solutions.
I work fluently with tools like Articulate Storyline, Rise, Synthesia, and Canva, all grounded in the ADDIE framework and solid adult learning theory.
Whether I'm collaborating with subject matter experts or building interactive content, I'm driven by the belief that learning should be purposeful, inclusive, and inspiring.
